I honestly have no idea how any of this works or how you even sell stuff, I just listed my VS bathing suits because I figured people would want to buy them now that VS isn't making swimwear anymore 😂 plus that fact that I never wear them and they're pretty new. I've never sold anything online before, if someone wants to buy something from me how does that work?

michaela_swanso I totally understand!! I was in the same boat not too long ago!! On a listing there is a buy now button, and next to that there is an offer button! If someone wants to buy your item for the listed price, they just press buy now! Through the offer button a buyer can make an offer, and you can either accept, decline, or counter offer with a price you're more comfortable with!! And yeah that makes a ton of sense why you're trying to sell those!! Let me know if you have any other questions :))

clearyhalleye @michaela_swanso so like if someone hits buy now, how do I give them my bathing suit in return for their money? Like does their money go into my account and I go to the ups store and ship it to them?

michaela_swanso yeah! so it is all done through Poshmark and super safe and convenient! Poshmark will email you a shipping label, and then you just have to print off the label and tape it on to a free box at the post office (with what you sold inside)! Once the buyer receives and accepts the item, then the money will be yours! And you can have it directly deposited, sent to you in a check, or you can use it to buy things on this app!!

clearyhalleye @michaela_swanso okay that makes sense, if I send someone my product before they pay for it how do I know they're not going to scam me and not actually pay for it?

michaela_swanso The buyer has to pay their money right away, Poshmark just doesn't release the money until they receive their money for the protection of the buyer!! :)) Poshmark is super safe and supportive both when selling and buying! So if you were to make a purchase and it wasn't as described they will refund your money or give you a return label!!

michaela_swanso Yes!! You'll get a notification for a like on your listing, a share, an offer, a comment, and if someone purchases it!! You'll also get an email if someone buys your listing, and the shipping label will be attached to that! :))
