hilarykas420 @lanykamkay I'm pretty sure it's the postal office, they left me a missed delivery notice but never redelivered it. I'm going to the post office in about a half hour to see what's going on

hilarykas420 they charged me $18.25 just to get the package, the gentleman said something about the postage being wrong. it says on the package "express mail envelopes require express mail postage"
