jackie_jage @jenlaura yes I did receive the bag today but not accept it because of the following items: 1. no shoulder strap with the bag it has all the hardware so where is the strap? 2. there was some kind of black cording holding the zipper down in place and when I undid it to use the zipper, both sides of the bag have two holes on each side of the bag where that was. 3. there is no key fob in the bag which is normally in all DB products

jackie_jage @jenlaura I'm going to contact DB and give them the number inside the bag and ask them if they have a shoulder strap for that pocketbook and if they do I'll purchase it. I don't know why Dooney Bourke did that for their zipper bags. why is there no thing inside the bag to clip your keys to. I thought all DB had that.

jackie_jage @jenlaura no I haven't had a chance to do that yet today has been a crazy day and I was really involved with my income tax return so hopefully tomorrow I will go online and see what I can find gas thank you for your help on the shoulder strap. The color you suggested was like burnt orange getting so confused. Thank you

jackie_jage @jenlaura do I have some that go back as far as maybe the early 1970s yeah I have quite a few and that none of them have holes in them but they were made differently then the leather was much heavier the bag itself was much heavier I'm in this bag doesn't even feel heavy compared to the duties that I have because if you needs I have her there from years and years ago it's OK. really enjoyed the different information you put on

jackie_jage @jenlaura yes I did contact them however they told me to go online and see if I can find something online for sale and you shoulder strap in that color you tell me unfortunately there is nothing and the only thing they suggest I do is to send them the bag and they can try to make a strap for itI can imagine what that would cost so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do.

jackie_jage One quick question do you have any of the paperwork on the pocketbook because if I send it back to them they're saying I have to send the The cards and warrantee information that I got with the bag when I bought it. I don't suppose you have that stuff to you?

lillydriemeyer I don't think you are very smart when you shop, it's not my problem you dont buy the rigth size because I list the correct size if wasnt poshmark will make me do the rigth thing ,next time go to the store and try on the thing u like to shop, dont blame sone one us for u mistakes because u buy 2000 dlls from me 4 120 give to me one star raiting and spect return after the raiting ? Like I say u are no very smart you acting like u are 16 get away from me

jackie_jage @lillydriemeyer I just don't understand how you can say that I bought the wrong size when you advertised those boots as a 9 1/2 which is what I purchased. unfortunately, you advertise them wrong and they turned out to be an 8 1/2. Your mistake and I don't think I should have to pay for your mistake. therefore I am requesting the necessary information I need to return the boots to you as soon as possible. thank you.

jackie_jage @rmarmadu I took another look at the glass and the sizing and I just don't think it's going to be big enough for me. And I really don't want to buy it at the desk if it isn't going to fit because then I can't return it so although I like it and I love the color I think I need an xl sorry about that.
