chungy3 I’m sorry the Sonia Kashuk brush came smooshed. Those envelopes are the only ones provided by my post office so I have to make do with those for my orders (i order bigger boxes, but that wouldn’t have helped your order :( ) I tried to do the best I could to protect it without a box, and I’m sorry it came to you in that condition. Thanks for the feedback and I hope the brush is able to be reshaped!
