lilyannec Hi Jill... this is Lily... you purchased the blue marmot jacket from me. Have you received it yet? I mailed it last Tuesday priority mail. I contacted Poshmark on Saturday because it says in the system that the item hasn't been scanned yet. I don't know how to handle this as I called the USPS yesterday and the hold time was 1.5 hours. I will call right now again but if you did receive it Please let me know... I can also be reached by phone, 541-410-8625... thank you!

lilyannec @jillybeank so I just got back from the Postoffice... they said it was shipped on the 28th but have no record after that... they were wondering if you might have been affected by the big storm last week? They said they've had multiple problems getting things delivered.

jillybeank @lilyannec yes on Friday... it was a mess here. Are they expecting it to be delivered at some point? It’s weird it was never scanned at all 🤔 if it doesn’t show up soon i will let you know

lilyannec @jillybeank the postal worker it will be scanned when delivered which I'll keep my fingers crossed is soon but it sounds like you're getting a second big storm tomorrow? As far as scanning the postal worked said he sees it scanned on the 28th... I asked if he could give me the paperwork he pulled up but he wouldn't...

lilyannec @jillybeank .... USPS # 9405510899459404055357. I've been in contact with postmark & asked them what to do... they ask that I get back to them by the 11th if you haven't received it. I went back to the post office & they said this happens on occasion & they don't know why... the best answer they could give me is the weather/storms you've been getting. I'm sure you're frustrated & I'm so sorry! I'm really frustrated because I have a lost jacket! Please stay in touch & I will do the same.
