sunfun23 the necklace I purchased from you was broken into several pieces. How do you plan to rectify this situation or do I need to open a claim with poshmark?

puna8550 @sunfun23 lol you already did you didn’t even give me a chance to resolve it u made a claim an hour after you messaged me about it. Some of us work sorry I couldn’t respond fast enough in the hour you gave me before making a claim. Think it’s crazy that a necklace wrapped in foam wrap and in a box got damaged! But I guess you plan on keeping the beads keep it and your $3
