koskloset @suzwsmith Hi Suzanne, I'm confused. I haven't sent out anything that wasn't purchased and accepted by the buyer. Please send me more details so I can figure out what's happening or ask poshmark to investigate. What were the items, and when did you get them? Thank you :)

koskloset @suzwsmith Yes, I heard back, but they didn't really resolve anything. They said they need to hear from you directly before they can do any more research. They need pics of the packages, shipping labels, and items. My contact person is Gaby on support (at sign) poshmark.com and the case number is 63309029. I'm still going to ask more questions (and I'll keep you posted) - I'm hoping to avoid having to delete my account
