Hey sweetie I see that you’re having a problem can you explain what it is? I’m very interested as this was a sealed bag from company never opened and attached with all tags in sealed bag with the bar codes on the outside so I’m trying to get your thoughts so I can help.

@closetfantasy The purse is in great shape and yes was in a sealed bag but it has a very strong smoke and perfume smell and it didn't make a difference that the bad was sealed. We can't even have it in our house because of the smell. I would have no problem otherwise.

@kmray82 I'm sorry you smell smoke & perfume but I don't smoke nor does anyone in my home and my merchandise stays in a temp controlled storage facility. We do use usps mail & carriers smoke cigars, cigarettes & that may be the culprit. I've never opened a sealed package that had any other odor but new unless it was opened which on that case it isn't new anymore! PM doesn't return buyers remorse et was as described except a smell but you opened a NIB package?

@closetfantasy I don't know how the purse smells then but it's not fair to me to pay for a purse that smells like smoke. I can send it back to you or PM so you guys can see. I've bought many items from PM and would like to do so again but this is very disappointing.
