@keneele not sure if this was answered for you, but when you make an offer, the response time of the shop is different. Some will be immediate, some may be later if they don’t get push notifications. Sometimes it may be missed. Once your offer is accepted, the sale is complete. I believe you get an email saying “Congratulations, your offer was accepted!”

@keneele and if they don’t answer, you can try again. Some people won’t respond if they think the offer is too low; but most will at least decline so you aren’t left hanging. :)
