aerin_gurule Sorry that the bag got to you so late... due to it being the holidays I just picked a box so that the item would get to you as fast as possible and I didn’t even see that it was marked flammable. Sorry it was an inconvenience but I’m happy it finally got to you..

suzizapf This is Susan. Please file a claim and send them back. I was not aware of the problem. Go back in where you rated them and select problem then state your problem. Poshmark will issue a claim. I looked the skates up online could not see any that had a strap for support. I acquired these second hand and never even tried to use them. Sorry.
