am3llia Hey, I saw your message! I’m so sorry that happened. I had no issues but paid with a debit card (I don’t know if that makes a difference) this was actually one of the easiest stores to work with so far. They accepted my low ball offer and shipped within 24 hours. 😬 defiantly let them know but I don’t know how it would work if you’re report them to posh just make sure you do exactly what you did with me so that it’s clear where the problem is
