jkcarr I purchased an item from you, but received something else (not what I purchased). I did not accept this order, and think I filled I the correct information to have you notified, but have not heard from anyone. I believe someone else may have received my item, as I did theirs. I'm sure they would like to have this corrected as well, but don't know what to do. Please advise if you know how to correct this.

jkcarr Sorry for the comment, received absolutely nothing from poshmark! Just a bit frustrated, no support !! Not received a shipping label, so haven't returned it. Understand the error, we're all human!!! New to poshmark, so don't know how things work. Messages to support, after the initial report, NOTHING. Any assistance to speed this up, is welcome!! NOT a good first experience!!! But not your fault!! Thx for responding,I know my messages are going somewhere!! :)
