jessicaknowl299 Hi there. I preferred a package from you on July 15th and still have not received it. I believe it has gotten lost in the mail. Also, when I got onto my purchases, it says I haven’t purchased anything from you, which is why I have to make a public comment. If you are able to privately message me on here so that I can provide more details and evidence, that would be great. USPS states that if a package is lost you should contact the mailer of the package.
