therealbossdiva Ok I know what it is It is showing the the ID holder was shipped but not the passport one, it still says pending. The ID holder allowed me to accept but it is not doing it for the passport one because it is showing pending and not shipped.

pippin That's weird that it says delivered if you haven't gotten it yet. I have emailed support to see what do do because I shipped them together. I will let you know what they say.

therealbossdiva I contacted support and they said that the funds should have not been released until I received the items and inspected them first and then if it was to my satisfaction then the funds are to be released so I will let you know and then if not I will send them back to you and you will be able to refund me, however I expect the items to be exactly as they are in the pic. Thanks :-)
