I’m terribly sorry you were unhappy with your purchase as I do pride myself on the best customer service. 😁 However, the measurements were definitely in the description of the item, as well as proper sizing, so I’m not sure how I could have done better on “item description, but I do thank you for your purchase and hope you are able to enjoy😊

Hi! Yes I’m sorry I just thought the measurements for a small we’re up to 27 1/2 I think that’s where the miscommunication probably was . The shirt is just form fitted, But not to worry I will wear it happily
