jackie_bruce85 Hello there, this is Chanlie (aka Jackie Bruce), and I wanted to assure you about your order. I dropped your package off on Friday. However, what I did was I dropped it off at the UPS drop off and not the post office. I live in a very small town and the UPS is a small flower shop!! Honestly, I didn’t understand why it hadn’t been scanned yet until I was literally typing this message.

jackie_bruce85 The packages have to go through the post office so I am on my way to fix that issue. Oh my goodness, how embarrassing!! I apologize 10x over and everything will be on its correct route before noon. I can’t believe I did that!! So so SO SORRY!!!
