lindapeppars415 This item do not have shoulder straps. I cannot use it without the shoulder straps. I’d like a refund and please send me a label. I’ve been in contact with the seller and I’m getting no response now at first I was she was very nice but now things are changing because I’m asking for a refund.

lindapeppars415 I need something on my shoulder not to carry in my hands. I have no head movement with arthritis real bad I did not know that this bag came with no shoulder strap. Please advise.

lindapeppars415 I feel real bad, but there’s nothing I can do. I can’t use the purse at all because I can’t carry it. Please help. If necessary, I’ll pay for the shipping I don’t have no problem with that as long as I get a refund. I would need your address and tell me how to ship it. I just received it yesterday.1/26/23
