katrincloset Hi, this is Katrin closet, I shipped out your necklace among a lot more packages on Tuesday afternoon. I got the usps on all of them on Wednesday, and they all show in transit except your package, it’s not showing movement and I am very scared it was misplaced, I called usps this morning and asked them if the package still in their post office and they said no, I also contacted poshmark.

katrincloset It happened last year around Christmas once more and they got in after a month with absolutely no scans, I wanted to warm you in case this is a Christmas gift for someone, I am so so sorry it’s out of my control, hope poshmark can track it after receiving my email, happy holidays

katrincloset @sjcieszko I contacted poshmark 3 times, this is what they emailed me “We apologize for any frustration you are experiencing due to tracking issues related to your order! USPS is currently experiencing tracking delays. This means that your order may be delayed if tracking for the order shows, “In Transit, Arriving Late.” Rest assured, we will provide you with a tracking update on the Order Details page as soon as we receive additional information from USPS.”

sjcieszko @katrincloset - its been what- 18 days!!! I don’t know what else to do. Im asking for your help. You said you dropped it off on the 15th of December.today is the 3rd of January. Do you see the problem here?
