amylynnhickman hello, I had an issue with my order, i had to refuse it because it was in the wrong envelope, it was in a priority express mail envelope which incurred and extra $19.42 postage fee. I already paid the postage of $7.11 and did not feel it was right to pay more, I still want the item, can you please send it back in the correct envelope?? thank you!

sophieauster @amylynnhickman Hi, how strange. The envelope was in the free pile at the post office, so that is strange that it incurred an extra fee. I have been notified by poshmark saying that it was not delivered to you. Just to be sure we clear this up...was it delivered to you? The message from them is a bit confusing. Let me know how we can resolve this. Happy to make sure it’s in the correct envelope and re-ship if that’s possible.

amylynnhickman @sophieauster no it was not delivered to me. I went to the post office the day after they put a note on my door that said unable to deliver due to more postage needed. when I went to the post office to inquire about it, they had the package there and the woman scanned it out of the system and was about to give it to me. I said wait, what about the extra postage, I said i didn't pay it, and she got confused.

amylynnhickman @sophieauster So she asked me to pay the $19.42, I said no I already paid poshmarks postage of $7.11, and she said well you can either pay the $19.42 and take it or refuse the order, so i refused the order. it should be on its way back to you. the postal lady said postage was due because you used a priority express mailer.

sophieauster @amylynnhickman okay. Not a problem. I will look out for the package and request a new postage and ship it back to you in the right envelope. Very sorry about this weird mishap. sophieauster @amylynnhickman I got a new shipping label from poshmark but since the app already says delivered I don’t have the tracking number here. I dropped it in the mail today and it says one day delivery so it should be to you really soon. I also made sure the box was the right one. Hope this helps.
