built4speed Hey there, you sent me the Air Max Excee, size 9.5. They were not new, they were used and had dirty soles. Can you just give me a partial refund on the order instead of paying for a return shipping label and having to relist them and hoping to sell them in the future again. They were late as well. Anything you can do to make it right would be appreciated. Thanks.

You ship my order late and apologize for it because you were out of town, then tell me I should have ordered them sooner and to boot, you send dirty sneakers and then accuse me of trying them out. The sneakers were men's (I'm a chick) and I contacted you within minutes of receiving the worn kicks. Grow up and take responsibility for your childish excuses.
