jynxxxd Hi Tara, I see your package hasn’t arrived yet and is set to either tomorrow or Tues but I’ve been alerted that there is an issue. I mailed out two packages the same day and accidentally switched the labels. I’m contacting Posh right now to see how to handle it as I’ve never had this issue before.

jynxxxd @taratrievel I will.... I would say when you receive it don’t even bother opening it. Most likely Posh will just send you a label and the other posher a label and have you send them directly to one another. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!

jynxxxd @taratrievel Hi there, I see you got your (wrong) package. I’m waiting to hear from posh but in the meantime (don’t even bother opening the box) you can go to problem with order and open a case, reason, Recieved wrong item.

jynxxxd @taratrievel Unfortunately it usually takes Posh a day or two to respond but what I think they’re likely to do is just send you and the other posher new labels and have you forward the packages to each other. Again I’m so sorry for the mix up and thank you so much for your patience!
