Hi Thatcher, I just read your review and I want you to know that I saw no issue with the heel, other than what I disclosed. All flaws were disclosed. Just out of curiousity, can you please send me a pic of what you are talking about. I strive to deliver high quality items and to disclose everything, even if it’s minor. I would have certainly disclosed a heel “hanging by a thread”.
