cake4lunch Hi I am just want to make sure u saw my message I in no way intended to send the incorrect product. I was an accident. I am happy to send the hand cream. You can keep the Serum for ur troubles . So sorry but it was so mean that u gave me a horrible rating before u tried to contact me . I am a really nice person and work hard to sell my products and am honest .. they look exactly the same I should have been more careful. Will follow up with tracking number later today .

lonamom @cake4lunch Thank you. I am annoyed because I sent an email to posh Saturday and haven't heard anything from them. I will change your review once I receive the hand cream. I will try to alter it now and give final review when it is delivered. Please understand my review was not in any way directed at you as a person. I'm sure you are nice. It was my experience overall with posh mark and getting the wrong item and not getting a response from them.
