Moon Phases Urban Outfitter Bell Banner

This metal banner by Urban Outfitters Home is made of several different metal types (black, copper tone, silver tone) and has a ring on either end of the chain to hang. I feel like an idiot for not realizing it before now, but the dangling pieces of hammered metal represent the phases of the moon from left to right. Each "moon" has a small metal cowbell dangling at the bottom, which makes me think this piece would work nicely hanging outdoors as wind chimes. The strand has little wear, if any, and still has its identifying sticker on the center moon.
