Multi-Strand Silver Ring with Pearls - sz 6.5

Strands have a texture that makes it look like vines. Looks like a design by H. Stern. There are markings embossed onto the ring, but I cannot make them out even with a loupe. Metal isn't magnetic. I assumed ring was silver when it was purchased at a vintage shop. Approx. sz 6.5 according to mandrel.
