ok, kinda freaking out here. its impossible to find tall boots suited to thin legs (calves). I mean no disrespect, but I have to check, are you certain of the 13.5 circumference and are these boots suited to scrawny calves?

@babyb69 hi, I've added one more photo to show the size and a video. these boots are not supposed to fit snugly. you put it on as a sock, so you need a little bit of room to do that.
