NWT Blanc et Noir Tunic

Brand new super cute couture tunic made I say it's a tunic because the slits are just too high at 19" that I don't think you'd want to wear it as a dress Blush pink with either navy blue or black polka dots It's very hard to tell Has fringe detail and the front has a large slit as well as the two sides very lightweight pretty would look super cute with some capris or tights Has a zip up back The pit to pit measurement is about 19.5 in and the shoulder to hem is approximately 38"
