This is new with tags, a Pachi the Porcupine Plushie from the 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games held in Toronto. This is the official licensed merchandise. Pachi is 5.5” and there is a clip/keyring attached. You will also be receiving 2 lapel pins. 1 of the CIBC pins are yellowing a bit due to age. The Toronto Pearson Airport pin is in excellent condition.
