Plum brand silk dress with beaded hem. Shimmery ice blue colour. Size 12 Petite, but fits SMALL. Made in USA. New with tags, but has a few flaws from storage - light brownish mark on lower front right, faded yellowish marks on the shoulders from hanger (last 2 photos). Slight stretch of the seam by the base of zipper.
