Navy Blue Formal Gown

This dress is absolutely jaw dropping. It has elegant rouching that gathers the fabric and makes it drape like something a goddess would wear. Halter neck string tie that pulls up from the bust adding more to the rouche. Size small (6-8). Only worn once to a wedding. Immaculate condition. Please ask any questions. I have to double check the fabric but I think it’s a rayon cotton blend. It’s soft and has some stretch.
