Something Vintage & Something New - A Perfect Addition to your Holiday Table. NEW Large Ceramic Platter design of Winter Greens & Plaid Ribbon. (still has the original price tag on the bottom) The ✨Vintage✨ 1960’s Sheffield (England) Carving Set was used at holiday meals at my parent’s and has been lovingly stored in a dining room drawer for many years now. This set is made of Stainless Steel with Genuine Antler/Horn hence there are variations in the handles - both colour and shape. The Carving Knife measures 13.75"long (blade is 9" & handle is 4.75”) with the hallmark "George Butler & Co, Sheffield, England, “Stainless". The Meat Fork measures 10.25" long (fork head is 6" & handle is 4.25") and the resting arm is imprinted "Made in England - Stainless". The Sharpening Steel measures 12.5" long. The Knife’s blade has some sharpening marks, but given the age - it’s in very good condition and very sharp (tested!) The other two pieces are both in excellent condition. The Real Antler/Horn handles are well secured and not damaged. Resting arm of meat fork is well secured and moves freely.
