New chic dress with pockets and built in belt

Bought in Lebanon but was just a little too short for me. I’m 5’7. Never worn. Super fun dress with pockets, built-in adjustable belt and hem curves up at sides. True to size. Cream top portion is soft jersey and skirt is a little thicker textured knit.
