rawlecanada @pawfectcloset I got the chain today. It is beautiful. Thanks for the ring. I am trying to open up the chain. How do I open it? I tried pulling the lever on the side but it would not move. I tried moving the button on top but it would not move also

pawfectcloset It might be stiff because it’s new but I checked it before I shipped it. You should see a little lip and you pull on it and it should open up. Any more issues and just let me know🙏
