Nine West Feather Printed Tie-Neck Top

So cute, I’ve received so many compliments on this paired with my navy pants! Would be great as a work blouse or dress it down with some jeans! It’s in pre-loved condition, no noticeable rips or stains. There is some wear on the neckline which is not noticeable when tying the straps. Large navy blue and white tropical feathers on a beige/camel coloured background throughout. Keyhole neck with tie. Hits at the hip, short sleeve and 100% polyester.
