There are two buttons on the inside of the denim waist band to help keep the skirt in place
It ties with 2 straps and buckles which are functional,, not just decorative
But if you adjust the straps, you will not be able to button the skirt on the inside.
You would have to move those two buttons inside as well
The waist as is is 28 inches
The length is 14 inches.
It is in excellent shape
