yana_bee @lauracduggan to be totally honest - yes, I bought these in the winter when my foot wasn’t as swollen as it is now in the summer, plus my foot grew half a size from the time I bought these 😫 if they’re slightly big for you like a quarter size, get those dr sholtz half inserts from shoppers and it will be perfect and won’t squish your toes! 😊
