New without tags, no flaws seen. Lovely, dull red, high waisted, cropped, ribbed knit legging with wide, criss cross elastic waistband. No pockets. Great for around the house or everyday errands. Lightweight and stretchy. 54% cotton, 40% polyester, 6% spandex. Please note, by measurements, these run small and would probably fit a 3X better. Size 4X waist approx. 23" inseam approx. 26"
