Old Navy yellow floral dress

In excellent condition! This beautiful dress from Old Navy features a vibrant floral print on a fabric that feels like silk, adjustable spaghetti straps, elastic ruching in the back (smocked back), full maxi length with ruffles at the bottom. I have tailored it to be slimmer (tag says M but this is now closer to a Small - this is why I'm posting it as a 4), and to have narrower straps, for a more delicate look. I'm also including the belt (white ribbon), which I have bought separately to go with it. Measures 28.5" Chest, 48" Length.
