Paragon Tea Cup and Saucer, Hand Painted Summer Floral, Soft Sage Green, I250

Stunning. This gorgeous Cabinet Quality teacup and saucer proudly features a beautiful hand painted design on summer flowers on the inside of the teacup. A wide band of soft, sage green, liberally decorated with gold gilt designs, provides a striking contrast. The outside of the teacup is crisp, clean white with a thin ring of gold. Additional gold gilt on the rims, foot and, oh so fancy, handle, provide that extra touch of elegance. All of this on the finest of English bone china. Made in England by Paragon, circa 1950's. The wide mouth teacup stands 2" high and measures 3 7/8" across the rim. The saucer measures 5.5" across the rim. No nicks, chips, cracks or crazing. Wear, rubbing, scratches, marks consistent with occasional usage.
