- size 44R, Very slim fit, shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16.5 inches, pit to pit is 21 inches, waist (measurement across , side to side through top button) is 20 inches, outer sleeve length is 26.5 inches, inner sleeve length is 18 inches, length down the back is 29 inches - IMO fits like a slim size Large, UK brand made in Italy, I find European/ UK tailoring fits smaller - pre loved, tailored, very clean, there is an area by the right armpit/chest area as shown in the pictures, this is considered in the pricing , otherwise good condition - double vent, decorative buttons at cuffs
