Prabal Gurung Blouse, 100% silk, small (8)

Fluttery semi-sheer, cape-style black, silk blouse with little buttons in front. Absolutely lovely. It fits small (more like a 4 or 6 than an 8). Reposhing this item I purchased from @labelhanger. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I removed the fabric contents tag (100% silk, size 8) but will find it and include it in any purchase. P2P 16.5 in.
