Brand new with tags Rat Baby/Too Fast brand skirt. This is a mini skirt with a good amount of stretch, but the sizing isn't accurate to the tag. The tags on the skirts are large and XL, but they fit much smaller. The large fits like a small and the XL fits like a medium.
