Could you share the chest and hip width, as well as the sleeve length from underarm?

when laid flat, the chest measures 19" and the hips measure 21.5".
the length of the sleeve measured from the underarm is 18".

I usually fit somewhere in between smalls and mediums. Would you say this sweater is a tighter or a looser fit?
