stingrayjane Hey Wendy, just kinda curious - when I bought those dresses from you on May 24th and then you lied to me about having shipped it when I asked you about tracking, then I had to report you to customer service twice before you finally shipped it on June 7th... Do you treat all your customers like this or was I special?

balatreasures @stingrayjane I’m sorry? I have no idea who you are? I haven’t had any orders for snowpants? I’ve never lied about any orders? I ship all my items same day or next. Some orders take longer then others depends where they’re shipping too & on the postal shop in my area as we live in country. I have never received any complaints from customer service so not sure what you’re getting at. If you’d like to pay for some snowpants tho, I’d be more then happy to send them out today. stingrayjane @balatreasures you have no idea who I am? I bought a bundle of three dresses from you on May 24th - they were not shipped. I asked you for a tracking number and you told me that non of your orders had ever tracked in the last two years and you had never received a tracking number. When I told you where tracking numbers are located on the packaging slips you went radio silent. I sent a complaint to Poshmark and then another and then I got an email that you dropped off the package on June 7.

stingrayjane @balatreasures any of that ring a bell? Your Instagram says you have made over 5000 sales yet you would have me to believe that you are completely clueless about tracking numbers, you marked the item shipped may 25 and Canada post says it was handed to them on June 7th... And you think I would buy more things from you??? So again, do you think we're all so stupid? The fact that this site won't publish negative reviews is something that appears to have worked in your favor till now.

balatreasures @stingrayjane if you bought dresses then why are you writing to me on snowpants? Yes I do have a lot of sales… all items are picked same day, marked on the packing slip and dropped off at the post office. I’m very sorry I don’t get receipts my post office has never offered one. The tracking has been an issue for 2 years now…

balatreasures @stingrayjane I have complained to Poshmark multiple times but nothing was ever done. Many sellers have this problem. I never received any complaints from buyers or Poshmark and if you weren’t happy with Canada Post you could have cancelled your order. If you take a look at the tracking that is finally in the system… it’s not even marked the same post office as I dropped it off at. It’s tracked at different town in Ontario completely. Something

balatreasures @stingrayjane I have been told by other sellers that they are working on. Your dresses were dropped off on the 25th, 2 weeks is definitely the normal lately, very sorry for the inconvenience but I can’t control Canada Post unfortunately.

stingrayjane @balatreasures Wendy, there are three issues here: 1) you lied about dropping off the dresses the day after the order, I got confirmation that they were dropped off two weeks after the order. 2) you lied to me about not knowing that there was a tracking number, there is a tracking number on every label below the barcode and an experienced seller would know that. 3) you cut off communication with me on the bundle page.

I banked on the idea that you probably would actually communicate with me of I asked you about your behavior publicly on your most popular listing... Doesn't take a psych degree - looks like it worked too. Although it would be nice to not continue to be lied to.
