SOIEBLU Gown Elegant Navy Chiffon Surplice V Neck Balloon L/S NWT Sz M L

This lovely floor length gown is by SOIEBLU in an elegant dark navy…difficult to photograph but beautiful. I found the same dress in a different fabric that shows the style. It is 100% Polyester with a matte not shiny finish and has a chiffon overlay in a loose floral design with a raised edge. The bodice and full skirt are lined in polyester, the sleeves are sheer. It has a V surplice neckline with elasticized and puffed shoulder, raglan set-in balloon sleeves with elasticized cuffs and closes with a concealed back zipper. The tag says it’s a Size L but it would fit a Medium as well and the measurements taken flat are approx.: P2P 19”, Waist 15”, and because it is a raglan sleeve to get the sleeve length and length of the dress I measured from the top of the neckline to the Sleeve cuff and it’s 28” and the Length measured again from the top of the neckline to hem is 45”…for a total of 60”. The shoulder is elasticized so I think it can be worn off shoulder as well.
