Black Lace Overlay Halter Dress, szXS, from legendary Toronto Queen St W boutique Fashion Crimes by Pam Chorley that closed in 2014. Hard to tell from the photos but there are thin straps that can be tied around the neck but the dress could be worn strapless. Bustier top, low back, fitted, knee length, classic silhouette, gorgeous. I wish I still had the body to wear this but alas, those days are gone.
