tessastylist wear is the waist size that they will fit in a 29/30

dboklashchuk @tessastylist the waist is 13in across but is also completely elastic so will stretch quite a bit. For reference I wear size 27 jeans and these scrubs sit higher on the waist and fit me perfectly.
