Serge Pink One-Shoulder Stretch Top / Mini Dress

This top by Serge doesn't have a tag listing material contents, but my best guess would be a polyester/elastane (or other elastic) blend. The top has a bit of a funny shape: there is a full sleeve on one shoulder with a lot of extra fabric in the underarm area, while the other shoulder has a simple bowtie closure. There are 2 rose-like flowers affixed to the front by safety pin. There is gold metallic fabric accenting the flowers, the neck, and the waist. The top is long, extending down over the hips. I'm not sure I would feel confident wearing this as a dress with naked legs, but might be okay with leggings or opaque tights below. It could also work as a shirt/top. The hem falls below the hip, but well above the knee. This piece is marked as a size 38 (8 or 10/medium depending on brand) and measures true to size (medium).
