Shift Dress NWT Size Medium to Large

Shift dress in a cotton polyester blend fabric. Just below knee length, back zipper. This item is new, never worn, handmade as a sample and no longer needed. Size Medium to Large (M on tag). Measures 41" around bust, 44" around hip, length is 40.5". Fabric does not stretch. Bust, waist and hip measurements are taken lying flat, then doubled to get the full measurement.
