Shift Dress NWT Size XL

Shift dress in a heavy polyester fabric, scoop neck, 3/4 length sleeves, back zipper. Just below knee length. This item is new, never worn, handmade as a sample and no longer needed. Size XL, measures 44" around bust, 46" around hip, length is 41". Fabric does not really stretch. Bust, waist and hip measurements are taken lying flat, then doubled to get the full measurement.
